Criteria for Nurse Excused Check Out
The goal of your school’s health office is to keep students healthy and in class! Please be aware of the following policy regarding health related check outs:
- Fever-Temperature above 100.0
- Vomiting witnessed by an adult
- Diarrhea
- Symptoms of Conjunctivitis (“Pink Eye”)
- An injury that occurred at school, and requires medical attention.
Circumstances outside of these parameters will require a parent note or doctor’s excuse.
